Return Policy

Return/Exchange Terms:
We currently offer a return for store credit option where you may return your item and we will give you store credit for the cost of your purchase. You may use this store credit anytime within the future.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, we cannot take the item back.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please e-mail us for return instructions at contact@clubmajesty before sending back your item.

Please note that if an item was sold as a set, we are only able to accept back the full set. We can not exchange bottom or top sizes separately.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend having tracking in place to ensure proof of return. We are unable to refund any lost packages during the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and apply the store credit to you.

Store credit can not be combined with previous discounts and/or current sale codes.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items are valid for this policy, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.


We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. A flat rate $6.99 re-shipment fee will be assigned to customers who do not receive their item related to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. We are also able to cancel the order with a $6.99 cancellation fee if and only if the package is returned to the sender rather than wrongly delivered. Of course, if this error is corrected prior to shipment there is no fee (please double check your address!). 

We always recommend shipping to a permanent address. We are not responsible for packages that end up at the wrong address due to the customer providing a temporary address and a package than not being received in time to retrieve at this address. We recommend to contact the postal service and let them know to return the package to the sender if this happens to you. We will offer re-shipment for a $6.99 re-shipment fee when the parcel arrives back at our warehouse. You may also cancel for the same fee of $6.99.

Once we ship a package to the address provided by the customer, the package is in the postal service's hands. We will always assist in any complications, however we recommend to contact your local postal service for any issue in delivery to intercept and avoid a package being returned to sender or delivered to the wrong address (for example incorrect address provided at checkout, package tracking marked as "delivered" but unable to locate your package, etc.). Feel free to contact us in this event via e-mail at contact@clubmajesty and we will help you in any way we can; however, we are not responsible for errors in the post and these must be dealt with by filing a case through them to achieve an outcome.

We are not responsible for any customs-imposed charges. If these fees are not paid and you do not receive the item because of this, we can not be held responsible.  If we receive the item back at our headquarters, we will notify you and give you a choice to have the item re-shipped or canceled for a flat $6.99 fee.


You may cancel your order for a refund prior to any shipment. Note that there is a $7 cancellation fee. For the best success in cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid shipment of the parcel. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation past this time period and we cannot refund the following shipment.
